Quando estiver pronto pôr um bocadinho no frigorífico para ficar mais dura (se demorar muito a montar os pisos, fazer o mesmo).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Trebuchet MS;"&gt;O bolo: deitar o café para um prato de sopa (é mais fácil controlar as bolachas aí), molhar as bolachas no café duas a duas ou três a três, tendo em atenção que não podem ficar meesmo ensopadas, senão a argamassa depois não cola; pôr a primeira camada de bolachas no prato onde vai ser servido o bolo; por cima de cada bolacha pôr um bocadinho da argamassa (no fundo é como fazer uma parede de alvenaria) e fechar com outra bolacha molhada no café. Etc, etc, etc, até chegar ao número de pisos pretendido. Quando a cidade estiver de pé, pinta-se tudo com a argamassa, e ornamenta-se com as amêndoas e os smarties. De volta ao frigorífico.
